In 2015 I found CrossFit and I’ve loved it ever since! Over the past few years, I’ve found my favorite brands and equipment to enhance my workouts. This list is a roundup of my favorite products! If you have a Crossfit lover in your circle of family and friends use this as the perfect gift guide this holiday season!the best crossfit gear holiday gift guide

1. Bear Komplex Grips

Tearing while doing pull-ups and toes to bar is the worst! It can keep you from practicing these movements for a week and plus it’s not very sanitary. It took a few days of using these grips to break them in, but now I LOVE them! I’ve been using them for a year now!

2. Weight belt

A good weight belt is essential when you are working on getting stronger. It’s important to go heavy on your lifts but if you put your back in jeopardy you will regret it so be wise and grab this belt!

3. knee sleeves

My knees sometimes hurt when I squat, especially when it’s cold outside! Knee sleeves help keep my knees safe and they are nice padding for lunges! These from Unbroken Designs are so pretty!

4. RX Smart Gear Jump Rope

Learning double unders can be so frustrating and having your own rope can help a lot because you aren’t grabbing a different length jump rope every time you go to the gym. These jump ropes are exceptional and helped me with my double unders a ton!

5. Cross Training Shoes

Reebok Crossfit Nano

This is the classic Crossfit shoe and it never disappoints!

Nike Metcon

A good alternative to the Nano is the Metcon. These shoes are wonderful as well!

Nike Metcon Repper

This is the shoe I chose! It is a little more budget friendly and a wonderful shoe! It’s also very pretty!

6. Weightlifting Shoes

These Reebok Lifters are a great weightlifting shoe for snatches, clean and jerks, and squats. I’ve tried a few different lifters and these are the ones I settled on!

7. Running Shoes

A good running shoe is so important. I didn’t realize this at first. I used my cross training shoes all the time. This caused my feet to hurt when I ran or stood for long periods of time. I tried on tons of running shoes and found out that a good shoe is very worth it. Now when I run or stand a lot I wear my running shoes!

Brooks Ghost

This was my favorite shoe hands down and when I tried it on initially I couldn’t believe how amazing it felt! This is a fan favorite as well!

Saucony Ride

This is the shoe I ended up buying because I found it super comfortable for my feet and very budget friendly if you hunt on Amazon enough!

8. Wrist Wraps

If your wrists bother you when doing push-ups, handstand push-ups, overhead presses, bench press, or snatches you need wrist wraps! Protect these important little joints and they will serve you well! These are the wraps I use!

9. Wireless Headphones (that stay in your ears)

I LOVE my wireless headphones! If you are still using headphones with a cord, I’m sorry, you need to try wireless. There’s no point in putting yourself through the agony of unwinding those cords everytime you want to use them! My Plantronics headphones are waterproof and do NOT fall out of my ears! I can wear them while running and doing Crossfit WODS. It doesn’t get any better than that!

10. MUSIC

Give the gift of motivation, push, and entertainment! Did you even know Amazon had music? Well they do, and you can try it for 30 days just to see if you like it! I don’t know about you but I’m sick of Spotify and Pandora ads.
