Fitness Challenges are all the rage these days. Have you ever joined a weight loss challenge with dreams of having six-pack abs, gaining a shapely bubble butt, toned arms, or being 10 lbs lighter at the end of the month?

Most of us have.

The problem with most of these challenges is that either we get stuck because they are overwhelming, or we get behind because we are busy. The bigger problem with these challenges is that they focus on one thing -the squat challenge, build a butt challenge, abs challenge, sexy arms challenge, yoga challenge, etc.

Have you ever done a food challenge that was so extreme, I’m looking at you Whole 30, that you binged before and after (or quite honestly right in the middle of it)? Perhaps you quit after 2 weeks.

How did that make you feel? Worse than before?

I feel you.

Ok, there is nothing wrong with the idea of a fitness challenge. In fact, I have a challenge for you and I believe you will become a fitter person at the end of it. I also believe you will successfully complete the entire challenge.

What Makes the Fit Life Challenge Different?

Here is what makes the 25 Day Fit Life Challenge different and here is why it will make you a more fit person.

Prep and Mindset

The first week you focus on preparation and mindset. Most challenges don’t include prep as part of the challenge, hence the pre-challenge binge that is surely unhealthy for your body and mind. Because you don’t have to prep before the challenge you can get started ASAP. As long as you have a notepad and pen or a note app on your phone, you can start the challenge! No more putting off the challenge until Monday or until next month, or after this event or that holiday. Start. It. Now.

You Are a Whole Person

This challenge focuses on all parts of life, rather than just one. Fitness is not just having a big butt or a 6 pack. It isn’t just about cutting out sugar and processed foods. Fitness encompasses full body strength, a calm mind, balanced nutrition, and sustainable daily habits that last a lifetime. Sure it’s great to only eat whole foods and zero sugar but if it is an impossible program to stick through it will do you no good.

You are a whole person. You are not just your abs, your butt, or your food.

Building Habits

The 25 Day Fit Life Challenge builds on new habits each week so that you are not overwhelmed all at once.  You will take 2 days a week to either take a break or catch up on days you missed so that you don’t have to worry about getting behind. I want you to succeed.

Keep Going

This challenge is meant to be repeated because habits take time and living a fit life is a process. Fitness is not as easy as just flipping a switch. It’s not something you can just buy for $47. First, you have to start. Then, you have to continue. You’ve got this. One choice, one habit, one action step at a time.
